Laboratory Research:- This laboratory, the immune / inflammatory response by controlling a variety of physiological and pathological functions in the nervous system that regulates glial cells (astrocyte, microglia) activation of the mechanism, and identify a variety of neurological disorders, animal models (neuropathic pain / itching, neurodegenerative disease) to study the function of glial cells as follows: 1. Due to peripheral nerve injury neuropathic pain due to spinal cord microglia activation occurs Mechanisms of neuropathic pain and activation of microglia in an animal model to investigate the molecular mechanisms by microglia in pain and folktales adjustment mechanism research . Neuronal death by glial activation-controlled studies - spinal cord injury, and neurodegenerative diseases in animal models, astrocyte, microglia function studies . Identification and molecular mechanisms activated glial cells via the Toll-like receptor (TLR) through intracellular signaling mechanisms - TLR drug excavated using the same adjustment . Glial-specific conditional genetic smaller hit using the (conditional knock-out mice) mice and thedevelopment of neural role of glial cells in vivo studies .
